Invitation by members of the MIFRI axis of the ILCEA4 team to the screening-debate of the film Désordres (Unrueh)
Directed by Cyril Schäublin, this historical fiction, based on the case of the Swiss watchmaking industry in the 1870s, examines the effects of the gradual arrival of industrial capitalism in Europe and an alternative proposed to this new reality by the anarchist movement.
The screening will take place on Thursday 11 April at 5.30pm in the SONIMAGE cinema at the MaCI.
It will be followed by a discussion between Alexeï Evstratov (SoCLE/ILCEA4), who plays Piotr Kropotkin, and Philppe Hanus, coordinator of the 'Migrations, Frontières, Mémoires' ethnopole (Le Cpa in Valence), moderated by Sara Casella-Colombeau (SoCLE/ILCEA4).
Admission is free, subject to availability.
