For the Archives de la création scénique room

This room is a resource and documentation centre for researchers, students and artists, with the aim of inventorying, collecting, creating and promoting new archives (such as posters, programmes, photographs, recordings and interviews).

Tasks will include :

• Provide technical assistance to the users of this space: students, teachers, researchers, doctoral students and artists in the use of the equipment and tools offered by this space, such as support in consulting the physical and digital collections, and in depositing new documents (cataloguing physical documents, depositing digitised documents on the platform; updating inventories);
• Ensuring the secure opening and operation of IT equipment with software for managing platforms for publishing and archiving artistic projects in the performing arts (OMEKA), miniscans, sound and image capture tools and audiovisual tools (Adobe, Davinci, etc.).

For the SONIMAGE platform

The student(s) recruited will help to run the areas dedicated to audio-visual production (projection room, two editing rooms) in order to :

• Welcoming Master's and Bachelor's students (3) as well as doctoral students and teacher-researchers;
• Provide advice on the use of video editing software;
• Take part in one-off filming assignments: shooting, sound recording and video editing as part of student projects;
• Helping to screen cinematographic works in the cinema (training in screening is provided).
