Research creation facilities

The SFR Création manages and scientifically animates the Live Arts Lab and the two rooms (n° 213 & 214) of Somatic Lab, designed to think, experiment and practice creation in connection with research activities or the structuring of training through research.

The SONIMAGE platform is designed as a cinema and audiovisual production chain with a cinema projection room (n° 220), two editing rooms* (n° 221 & 222) and sound recording room** (n° 223).

* 15 Mac computers with the softwares Adobe Première (5 computer workstations only), DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro 
** with a soundproof recording booth equipped with Pro Tools software and a range of sound recording equipment. It also has 4 computer stations (2 Mac and 2 Windows computers).

The Performing Arts Archives is a resource and documentation centre dedicated to the performing arts, aimed at teachers, researchers, artists and students. Its purpose is to bring together the approaches and projects developed within the UGA, regardless of the disciplines or research groups involved (performing arts, literature, languages, arts, humanities, computer science, etc.), and to provide access to rare resources.

Office hours are held every week during the academic year.
